Loukoumades are deep fried dumplings which are drenched in a honey and cinnamon or cardamom-flavoured syrup or in a lemon, orange or rosewater scented simple syrup. Each mix includes one sachet of the dumpling mix and one sachet of yeast. All you need is to add water to the dry ingredients and to deep fry the Loukoumades to golden perfection. Once the dumplings are done, the choice of syrup is up to you. Each Loukoumades mix makes around 50-60 small dumplings.
