Cropped at the coast of Mani by hand from the local village people who live by the rocky coast. There, sea salt accumulates in naturally shaped pools on the rocks, where sea water flushes in day by day bringing the precious salt out of the sea. After drying in the sun, it is carefully selected by hand. The intense deep taste highlights every dish and the natural form of the salt which are flakes, pure, enriched with Greek herbs.
